Ear candling or coning is a ancient therapeutic practice to remove excess ear wax and is used for centuries all over the world. Practitioners will often recommend this procedure to clients with hearing loss, vertigo, tinnitus, cold/flu symptoms and a long list of other symptoms. Using Ear Candles or Ear Cones involves placing a hollow cylinder tube made with strips of cloth coated with wax and have a tapered end, being placed at the opening of the ear and the opposite end is lit. This produces spiraling smoke and warmth.
