Rosemary is both a mental and a physical stimulant. It has powerful antiseptic properties and is used in the treatment of muscular sprains, arthritis, rheumatism, depression, fatigue, memory loss, migraine, coughs, flu, and diabetes. It is also useful in beauty treatments for the hair and skin, though it is perhaps best known for it's aid in memory and hair loss. 5 - 10 drops in a diffuser or mixed with a carrier oil for other applications.
