Thyme has notable antiviral, antibiotic, antiseptic, and diuretic properties. It may be used in a variety of conditions including acne, fatigue, and neuralgia. It can be used in hair and skin care regimes and cooking. Apply 5 - 10 drops in diffuser or in a tablespoon of carrier oil to apply topically.
