Calm Your Dog

I don't know about where you live, but up here in the North Georgia Mountains, the storms of Spring tend to be loud and proud when they make their appearance. It sounds like The Clash of the Titans as opposing cold and warm weather fronts collide. It can be, even for us humans, quite anxiety producing. For our dogs, it can cause a wide range of responses from feeling slightly disturbed to panic and terror. This is not a minor issue for some dogs and their companions/owners.

For this very reason, Calm my Dog was developed. It was the first product we ever marketed and it was out of sheer necessity. The panting, anxiety, drooling, crying, peeing, hiding, and pacing for our old dog was heartbreaking. Calm my Dog did for Old Chester what nothing else could do. It decreased his symptoms, significantly. So much so, that he could lie down and observe the storm. He was still wary, but the anxiety and panic were gone. In fact, our business really should be named "Old Chester's Magic Potions" but, well, you know.

A mixture of lavender, chamomile and other oils come in an easy to use roll-on or dropper. Giving a dog a tablet or putting them in a tight shirt is not always easy even in the best of circumstances. By applying a few drops on the back of your dog's neck as soon as you are aware that a storm is imminent, you will be amazed at the difference it can make very quickly.

Calm my Dog is not just for thunderstorms, but for anything where your dog may experience fear symptoms i.e., Vet appointments, the Fourth of July, etc. As far as I am aware, we have only had one pooch complain. He didn't like the smell of lavender (true story). Occasionally, the amount used may need to be adjusted, either up or down, depending on the effect on your dog.
