Simply pick your favorite Blue Ridge Botanicals essential oil blend and place 10-15 drops on the cotton cylinder. Insert the cylinder into the inhaler and pop on the end cap to enjoy your favorite essential oil on the go! This package does not include any essential oils or blends.
