Thuja essential oil is extracted from the thuja tree, a coniferous tree. When crushed, thuja leaves emit a pleasant smell, which is somewhat like that of eucalyptus leaves, but milder and sweeter.
Perhaps it is most often used in the homeopathic treatment of skin tags and warts. Thuja essential oil helps to stimulate the immune system making it better able to defend itself against viruses who cause many warts in the first place.
